Diedra Kling

Tampa, FL, USA

Photography is a driving force in my life. What I love most about it, is our ability to transform our dreams and nightmares into surreal moments that reach, touch and affect the world around us. A lasting idea like a tangible piece of poetry. And…. I am a sucker for poetry. I have been shooting, touching, obsessing about photography since i was 9 years old. I love emotional art, I love expression, i love individuality. I love strength, courage and evolution. These things are important to me. I am bare bones without this extension of my soul, this ability to create and give myself to the world around me.  Some of us communicate with song, with love, with words, I have chosen to share imagery. It is a terrific tragedy to love something so much, so maddening and undefinable. It is as if bleeding becomes a religion. Chords we hear and share like children to the world. This is what I have to offer the world, in blood types and fire storms. Believe in what you love, give it all of you and watch it bloom.

Alessandro Amoruso

Bari, Italy

Born in Bari, Italy, in 1991, he studied graphic design and then painting at Fine Art Academy of Lecce. Always drawing, in every way and technique, largely inspired by fantasy, horror and psychological introspection. Lover of Metal and Blues, of videogames and of authors such as Ray Bradbury, Joe Lansdale, HP Lovecraft and Albert Camus, he has set his own way of creating illustrations that tend to an inner poetics, with anthropological and symbolic references. Depending on the subject or theme, there are many references. Over time he has combined the influences of comics and classical painting with his passion, defining two different but parallel paths: on the one hand illustration, in which comics and graphics join the narrative; on the other hand painting, digital or traditional, narrative and atmospheric.
The Age of Stars, Digital, 16 x 20 in $150.00 Description: The age of stars, the beginning after the end. What will live eternally is what we constantly see, day after day. The stars are a reminder of what we were, are and will be. Life, for eternity.
The Lovers, Digital, 16 x 20 in, $150 Description: Death is the absence of Life, Life is the perpetuation of Death. Like in a story, the two represent the opposite that does not exist one without the other. They love, hate, hurt each other.
Temperance, Digital, 16 x 20 in, $150.00 Description: The tarot card of the temperance is a mild, peaceful card, representing a Woman near the water, filling her vases. In a horror twist, this illustration represent a woman on a road, lightened by an unknown car coming her way, while "something" whispers to her something. Yet, her pose does not indicate harm nor fear. She is there. They are there. The car is there. Whatever happens, death will be present.
Shed my skin, Digital, 16 x 20 in, $150 Description: Representing life and death is always a difficult yet romantic thing. Sometimes Death, the saddest of the two, can hurt Life in different ways. Loss, pain, anger.
Undress the Sky, Digital, 16 x 20 in $150 Description: A sky, a dream, a Sun (or a Moon?). When life flows into a dream state? What if death is an unending dream?
The Hound and the Maiden, Digital, 16 x 20 in, $150.00 Description: In an old I believe english story, a black dog that barks in front of a house is a mark, someone will die there. But sometimes grieving is a way to call upon the soul, a way to hug your beloved. Sad, yet the love is the first and last of our feelings to vanish.
