Rachel's soft skin and curves contrast with the hard stones of a Pennsylvania landscape.

This piece is built from overlapping tattooed arms and hands in different gestures reaching, holding, praying, working. I’m interested in hands as biography. The ink, scars, symbols, and posture all carry history: labor, faith, survival, culture. These are the hands that raise kids, make money, protect family. By repeating and layering them, I wanted to show how that physical work, that struggle, that pride, gets carried in the body and never really leaves.

This piece is from my “Un-censorship” series which explores negative human experiences (mental health issues, grief, pain) that are simultaneously universal but also considered taboo. In this series, I strive to uncensor these moments in larger-than-life, autobiographical paintings. This piece, entitled “Confined,” illustrates the sensation of breathlessness caused by emotional turmoil that makes the walls feel as if they are closing in.

This artwork is black-ink meditation of our universe's chirality, quantum spin and how it affects our mind's intent, thought creation, choices and also its manifestation in the formation of everything in our entire plane of existence.
Work is inspired by great minds in physics and their progress in uncovering some of the greatest mysteries and hidden orders in our universe.

This is a portrait of my son, who was born and raised in Puerto Rico. I paint him not just as a child, but as a symbol of legacy, pride, and future. The machete necklace in the piece is intentional, it represents Puerto Rican strength, protection, and resilience. This work is about fatherhood, identity, and what it means to build roots on this island and pass that strength forward.

I was inspired to create this dreamlike piece as a tribute to the strength and hope of all those who have battled and continue to battle breast cancer. The work explores the delicate balance between fragility and power — a sacred space where pain transforms into courage, and struggle gives way to light. Each element within the composition symbolizes the quiet yet unbreakable spirit of survival, the beauty found in resilience, and the enduring hope that continues to bloom even in the face of uncertainty. At the heart of the piece, the woman cradles the tiger — a manifestation of her inner power — as she radiates the promise of a new day. Together, they embody the unity of strength and tenderness, and the boundless hope that allows the human spirit to rise again and again.

From the stillness of trees, human forms emerge—symbolizing the awakening from matter to spirit. This work reflects the soul’s return to its source, where boundaries dissolve and all becomes one. In the play of shadow and light, the essence of being reveals itself—unconfined, eternal, unbounded.

In the primordial soup of the universe before time was recorded, the ancients stirred. Awakening the forms that would bring forth the rest of creation. The original mothers to all.

This pose has been used for centuries. I feel it's best suited for the nude male form.

A reflection on transformation and stillness, Becoming Stone captures the moment when emotion and time merge into quiet permanence.

This is a study of a model inspired by the Renaissance palette and style. The model is aware of the viewer behind her; she is trying to appear restful, yet, she is slightly ill at ease. The painting reflects the difficult balance of being exposed, being on guard and letting go.

I wanted to suggest the classic form of a marble sculpture. MM's fair skin and feminine curves were a perfect match.

Humans are growing apart from each other; we are only part here - unaware of our surroundings because our phone has our undivided attention - we are unconnected to people - unsocial - rather, we rally behind causes and beliefs based on untruths that make us unfriendly toward half of the people in the country . We, as Americans, are not united, we are divided. I wanted to show that with the human figure - a figure part present, part missing, almost unidentifiable - with unquestioning confidence in itself - unaware that it is not whole - unaware that anything is amiss - unaware that it is becoming unn* *unn (N) person described by numerous 'un's ( ie unaware, unsocial, unquestioning, unidentifiable, unfriendly) becomes unn*
