FIGURE II— International Figurative Art Competition

Choose the competition that best fits your work, submit clear images and complete artwork details through the submission portal, and complete the required entry process by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the final deadline. Accepted works will be presented in NOMA's online exhibition. Winners and sponsored awards will be announced according to the dates listed for the competition.

Original figurative, portrait, nude, or human-form artwork created by the submitting artist. Generative AI artwork is not permitted.

Submit clear, high-quality images that accurately represent the artwork. Images should be well lit, in focus, and free of distracting backgrounds or unnecessary text and graphics.

All submitted artwork must be original work created by the submitting artist and must reflect the artist's own creative vision, process, and execution. Generative AI artwork is not permitted. Works created entirely or substantially through generative artificial intelligence are not eligible. Digital tools may be used as part of an artist's process when appropriate to the medium, but the submitted artwork itself may not be generated by AI. Artists must be able to affirm that they are the creator and copyright holder of the submitted work. Submitted information must be accurate, and NOMA reserves the right to reject or disqualify work that does not meet the competition guidelines, infringes intellectual property rights, contains false information, or violates the No Generative AI policy. Submission fees are non-refundable and do not guarantee acceptance or an award. By submitting, the artist grants NOMA Gallery permission to reproduce submitted artwork images for the competition, online exhibition, website, social media, newsletters, press, promotional graphics, and future promotion of NOMA exhibitions and participating artists. Artists retain copyright to their work.

By submitting to a NOMA competition, the artist confirms that they created the submitted artwork, hold the rights necessary to submit and publicly display it, and agree to NOMA's competition, exhibition, promotional, and No Generative AI terms. Artists retain copyright to their artwork.
