This show is inspired by Chiaroscuro, one of the canonical painting modes of the Renaissance.
The literal definition is:Chiraroscuro (pronounced: kee-aa-ruh-skyur-ow)
the treatment of light and shade in drawing and painting.
an effect of contrasted light and shadow created by light falling unevenly or from a particular direction on something.

The "Celestial Symbiosis" exhibit is a collection of work which fuses the black and white photographic style of Ralph Demilio with the otherworldly vision of Mel Fiorentino's oil paintings. This collection embodies our deep connection to the universe and our allure with the cosmos.
We are pleased to have a musical performance by harpist Tasha Robinson, the Principal Harpist with the Ocala Symphony Orchestra.

We are a traditional fine arts gallery that embraces all of the arts, including performing and applied arts.
Artists who would like to show their work at NOMA Gallery are invited to enter our Calls to Artists or by sending a presentation of your work to us.
We do not rent our gallery for art shows or for art group exhibits; however, we tmay be able to accomodate a weekend pop up exhibit using easels inside or with a festival tent outside. Contact us for more information.
This beautiful historic building was originally built as the Coca-Cola Bottling location in 1939 and now houses many large events including an art gallery with artworks for sale , music, company events art classes , weddings and more. Please contact us for info for your next event!
Since we are passionate about art education we offer lectures, workshops and teach a wide range of subjects that involve fine arts, dance, music, flow arts and applied arts. Children's art classes are also offered. We are here for your events art classes.
