NOMA Gallery opened in 2020 as a Pop Up Art Gallery called “ArtCastle”, intended as a limited time relief and recovery response to Covid 19 pandemic by the DLM Foundation. During 2020, artists and non-profit arts organizations were able to show, perform, and sell their works with no fees or commissions.
Renovated and re-opened in February 2021 as a traditional for profit fine arts gallery, NOMA remains committed to their philanthropic roots by offering a free event to a select non-profit each month.
Art provides us unique perspectives, inspires personal creativity, and allows us to experience universal emotions in new ways. Art moves us. Be it film, sculpture, a painting or simply great design incorporated into an everyday item, real art ties us to our senses and humanity like nothing else.
There is so much beauty in the world, and the artist who taps into unconscious wisdom, or communicates timeless feeling, or expresses new thoughts, will always deserve our support and admiration. The arts ennoble and inspire us, bring us together, and spark innovation. And communities that support the arts are more engaged, cohesive and vibrant. Community support of the arts fosters creativity, goodness and beauty. It brings us together, builds bridges, and reinforces our values.- DLM Foundation
